S'mores Brownies

Rich, fudgy homemade brownies layered over a buttery graham cracker crust and topped with perfectly toasted marshmallows. This cozy dessert brings the campfire taste indoors, baked in a cast-iron skillet for extra charm!

Ingredients
  

For the Crust

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup sugar

S'mores Brownies

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, graham cracker pieces, and marshmallows.

S'mores Topping

  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate pieces

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 12-inch cast-iron skillet.
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into skillet and bake for 8 minutes.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter. Stir in sugar and cocoa until smooth. Add vanilla. Whisk in eggs one at a time. Fold in flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham cracker bits.
  • Spread brownie batter over the crust and bake 30–35 minutes, until edges are set and center is fudgy.
  • Sprinkle chocolate pieces and marshmallows on top. Bake 3–5 minutes or broil 1–2 minutes until golden.
  • Cool 10 minutes before slicing and serving straight from the skillet.
