S'mores Brownies

For the Crust
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup sugar
S'mores Brownies
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, graham cracker pieces, and marshmallows.
S'mores Topping
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate pieces
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 12-inch cast-iron skillet.
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into skillet and bake for 8 minutes.
In a saucepan, melt butter. Stir in sugar and cocoa until smooth. Add vanilla. Whisk in eggs one at a time. Fold in flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham cracker bits.
Spread brownie batter over the crust and bake 30–35 minutes, until edges are set and center is fudgy.
Sprinkle chocolate pieces and marshmallows on top. Bake 3–5 minutes or broil 1–2 minutes until golden.
Cool 10 minutes before slicing and serving straight from the skillet.
