Elderberry Syrup

This homemade elderberry syrup is my go-to natural remedy for supporting immune health during cold and flu season. Made with fresh or dried elderberries, warming spices like cinnamon, cloves, and ginger, and sweetened with raw honey, it’s both delicious and packed with nutrients. I love how easy it is to make, and it stores beautifully in glass jars or freezer-safe containers, so I always have a batch ready when my family needs a natural wellness boost. Perfect for kids and adults alike, this syrup can be taken by the spoonful, stirred into teas, or even drizzled over toast for a flavorful and healthful treat.
