- 1 cup warm water (about 110°F / 43°C)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Cinnamon Roll Toppings

In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit 5 minutes until foamy.
Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Stir until a wet, sticky dough forms. Cover and let rise 30 minutes or until doubled.
Heat a 12-inch cast-iron skillet over low heat. Lightly oil the skillet.
Scoop dough into the skillet, spreading gently into a 12-inch circle.
Mix melted butter, brown sugar, molasses, and cinnamon. Spread evenly over the dough. Cover with a lid.
Cook slowly for about 30 minutes until the bottom is golden and the dough is cooked through.
Drizzle with cream cheese frosting before serving. Slice and enjoy warm!
Tips:
-
For campfire cooking, use indirect heat on a grate with a cast-iron skillet and lid.
-
Keep the toppings light and evenly spread for stovetop or campfire cooking.
-
Experiment with glaze amounts; a little cream cheese frosting goes a long way.
