Ingredients
  

Liquid Pizza Dough

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm water (about 110°F / 43°C)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Cinnamon Roll Toppings

  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp molasses
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Glaze Topping

  • Cream cheese frosting

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit 5 minutes until foamy.
  • Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Stir until a wet, sticky dough forms. Cover and let rise 30 minutes or until doubled.
  • Heat a 12-inch cast-iron skillet over low heat. Lightly oil the skillet.
  • Scoop dough into the skillet, spreading gently into a 12-inch circle.
  • Mix melted butter, brown sugar, molasses, and cinnamon. Spread evenly over the dough. Cover with a lid.
  • Cook slowly for about 30 minutes until the bottom is golden and the dough is cooked through.
  • Drizzle with cream cheese frosting before serving. Slice and enjoy warm!

  • For campfire cooking, use indirect heat on a grate with a cast-iron skillet and lid.
  • Keep the toppings light and evenly spread for stovetop or campfire cooking.
