Dry Ingredients

- ⅛ tsp ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp ground all-spice or nutmeg

- ½ cup sourdough discard
- 2-3 very ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 cup)
- ½ cup melted butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
