Boo Berry Pies
These Boo Berry Pies are the ultimate Halloween treat—adorable little ghost-shaped hand pies with a flaky golden crust and a sweet blueberry filling that oozes just enough to look spooky. They’re quick and easy to make using premade pie crust and a ghost-shaped cookie cutter, though you can shape them freehand if you like. Each pie is small enough to hold in your hand, making them perfect for parties, school snacks, or a cozy fall movie night. The best part? You can swap out the filling with any seasonal favorite—apple, cherry, or even pumpkin butter—for a whole lineup of festive ghost pies that are as fun to make as they are to eat!
