Sourdough Breadsticks

Feed your sourdough starter a few hours before you want to make your breadsticks.

Combine all of the ingredients and form into a shaggy dough ball and bulk ferment for up to 8 to 12 hours.

Divide the dough and shape the dough into breadsticks.

Allow the breadsticks to double in size until proofed up nice and plump.

Brush the breadsticks with a mixture of butter, garlic powder, chopped parsley, and parmesan cheese.

Bake breadsticks at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown with a slight crunch on the outside and a soft, chewy texture on the inside!

If you plan ahead, you can always have these delicious breadsticks at your dinner table!

Keep them fresh in a plastic bag until ready to serve!

These sourdough breadsticks freeze really well making it even easier to keep serving these! Get the full recipe tutorial on my blog!
